Employee communication

The Company has formulated the "Rules and Regulations on Employee Suggestions" to provide smooth channels for employees to follow the Company's management system or improvement methods. Communication channels include but are not limited to the following ways:

01. Express to the Company through the welfare members in accordance with the Administrative Measures of the Employee Welfare Committee.

02. Express and propose improvement methods in the form of proposals in accordance with the Measures for Implementation of Improvement Proposals.

03. Employees can explain their opinions to the supervisor through the unit meeting, and report them to the superior after consolidation, or put forward discussion at the cadre meeting.

04. Employees can put their opinions into the suggestion box, collate and submit them for review, and reply at the weekly meeting.

05. In case of sexual harassment at work, the incident can be put into the suggestion box. After verification, it will be handled in accordance with the "Reward and Punishment Rules".




Health check

In accordance with the Labor Safety and Health Law and the Labor Safety and Health Organization Management and Automatic Inspection Measures, the Company has formulated the Labor Safety and Health Management Regulations. The in-service employees shall conduct regular general health inspections. If employees perform operations that are particularly hazardous to health, they shall receive special health inspections. The implementation results of health promotion are analyzed, and abnormal conditions are monitored.


 

Welfare Committee

In order to enable employees to enjoy the welfare policy, an employee welfare committee was established in accordance with the Company's "Administrative Measures for Employee Welfare Committee". The source of welfare funds is the company's founding capital, revenue status, personal salary and fixed proportion of lower income sales. The use of welfare funds is limited to welfare business facilities, and various welfare measures are provided for colleagues. The functions of the Welfare Committee of the Company include:

01. Review and promotion of employee welfare work.

02. Promotion and management of association activities concerning employee welfare.

03. Reporting and coordination of employees' opinions.

04. Gifts for Mid Autumn Festival.

05. Gift or gift for birthday.

06. Hold various recreational activities to meet the needs of the company.

09. Procurement of cultural and sports equipment.

10. Welfare loan.

11. Condolences for injuries, illnesses and hospitalization.

12. Purchase of books and magazines in the library.

13. Education and training management.

14. Awards and grants.
